Are there any recommend masks available for children?
ReplyDeleteMasks are not currently approved for infants or children. They are also not generally available in sizes that would fit them. Getting good fit and seal around the edges of the mask is one of the most important factors in making a face mask effective. For adults considering them: having the right kind of mask is also essential--NIOSH certified N95s or N100s are the most commonly available ones that are appropriate for wildfire smoke.
